Enjoyed its pleasant and consistently courteous staff.

I found everything good, recommend it to friends. The offered breakfast was fresh and satisfactory for £ 5 more than enough food. The facilities were great too. The location was handy, around 10-15 minutes walk from Conversation. ...  

All the staff are so courteous and good, taking care of your every need and on time, i've stayed there twice and willing to use the facility always.

The location is easy, 3 km from an art gallery.

The location was perfect for attending nearby events, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful . The room I stayed in was cozy and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short trip. The cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some dust in the corners and the shower pressure was lacking.

You get what you pay for. 4 beds, working shower and toilet facilities for £100. Very near to Headingley town and Stadium.

Very noisy in the morning with people walking around and banging above our room. No staff on reception and were not told when we had to check out. The room was clean but the cupboards made our clothes smell!
